Before use, the printer needs to be placed in a reasonable working position, and it is necessary to pay attention to whether the operating environment meets the environmental requirements of the printer equipment, including whether the temperature and humidity are stable and normal and meet the conditions for the normal operation of the machine, because the temperature and humidity It will affect the use of ink and solvent, and will also affect the service life of the printer to a certain extent.
Boot steps:
For the first boot, please check whether the ink and solvent levels are within the required range before turning on the power.
Perform a visual inspection. Make sure all external and internal connections are secure and that connectors and cables are properly connected.
Make sure the main power cable is connected, and turn on the main power switch on the lower right side of the printer.
Press the F1 key of the printer to start the printer with one key. During the startup process, the printer will automatically run the cleaning function for about 2 minutes.
After the printer has successfully started up, the system will display the Home screen.
Start the system:
While the printer is running, you can monitor its status by:
Status icons on the display.
LED indicators on the keyboard.
Optional warning light (if installed).
Information settings:
"Create new information" is the first step for the user to complete the information input. Through the entered information and the setting of the printing parameters, the input of the information required for the coding is completed and the coding is realized.
Press F3 to enter the function menu.
Select "Information Settings" option (or shortcut "M" to enter this menu)
Use the arrow keys to move the cursor to the "New Message" menu and press Enter↲ to confirm (or the shortcut key "N" to enter this menu).
Use the keyboard to enter a name for this information.
To stop and shut down the printer:
Press F1 to stop ink jetting. Do not turn off the power without completing the cleaning shutdown procedure. The default stop sequence is to stop jetting and purge, and a "quick stop" can also be selected.
Kind tips:
1. This process takes about 4-5 minutes, and the printer automatically shuts down after completing the automatic cleaning function.
2. Do not turn the machine on and off frequently during the day, it will trigger the alarms of "liquid level too high" and "too low viscosity" of the inkjet printer, resulting in the inability to use the inkjet printer normally.
3. The quick shutdown operation should be completed under the guidance of the system engineer to avoid blockage of the ink path.
