Flushing steps of the printhead 

One of the common problems is the clogging of nozzles during the use of inkjet printers. Due to changes in the use environment and frequency, clogging is induced. The main solution is to "prevent it." The best way to keep the printhead in the best working condition for a long time is to do some proper and effective daily maintenance and inspection of the print head every day, for example, squeeze out a little ink from the nozzle every day to see if the print head is in the best condition, it will greatly reduces the possibility of nozzle clogging.

When you are cleaning the small character inkjet printer, in order to ensure safety, the ink line must be stopped before cleaning the nozzle. After cleaning, use a blowing ball to dry the residual cleaning agent from each part of the nozzle. Therefore, the usual cleaning and maintenance in accordance with the correct steps and methods can prolong the service life of the nozzle and prevent clogging during work.

Nozzle cleaning steps:

1. Loosen the screws on the spray head.

2. Remove the sprinkler cap from the sprinkler. Clean all the nozzle casings.

3. Place the spray head in a sink with a properly grounded bowl at the bottom to begin spray cleaning.

4.After cleaning the nozzle, use the correct cleaning agent to clean the following parts of the nozzle:

recovery tank sensing hose

charging electrode

deflector

nozzle

NOTE: The cleaner must be compatible with the type of ink used on the printer.

5. Dry the spray head with a blow ball to make sure there is no cleaner residue on the charging electrode socket. Take the spray head out of the washbasin.

6. Reinstall the sprinkler cap on the sprinkler assembly.

7. Tighten the screws on the sprinkler cover.

8. Carefully remove the bowl from the sink and dispose of the ink solvent in the bowl according to local regulations.
