Workshop safety needs to be cautious
Manufacturing businesses' principal concern is fire safety. On June 10, QBCODE Technology performed a special emergency fire exercise for alcohol leaking to further develop workshop employees' fire safety awareness and improve their capacity for pre-disaster preventive and post-disaster self-rescue.
The walk through is divided into the following:
1. Preliminary investigation
2. Drill scene (early stage of accident)
3. Drill site (fire spread)
4. Late summary
Preliminary investigation
■Gas mask \ first aid medicine \ emergency supplies \ fire tools
■Distribution box \ power line \ equipment \ tank \ motor \ valve
■Placement management and replacement maintenance of firefighting equipment
■Distribution and placement of wrenches, hoses and gun heads on fire hydrants
■Fire-fighting facilities\equipment sign-in form
■Inspection of warehouses, office areas, workshops and other areas
■Discover fire hazards and deal with them in a timely manner
Incident handling
1.Because the alcohol container was destroyed, the alcohol in the barrel leaked out. After discovering it, the workshop personnel promptly contacted the workshop supervisor.
2.The workshop supervisor went to the scene to check and reported to the safety director as the case may be.
3.The safety director organized an accident handling team to control the scene and set up a cordon to prevent irrelevant personnel from entering.
4.Arrange for the security team to use rags to dispose of the ground alcohol and replace the remaining alcohol in the container.
Late summary
(1)Improve the operability of the plan's disposal plan for the leaking accident site, as well as combat efficacy and integrity.
(2)Employees' skill and degree of emergency reaction to accidents must be improved by organising emergency rescue workers and employees to study emergency response plans on a regular basis.
(3)It is vital to make comprehensive preparations before to the exercise, as well as to perform a preview in advance, so that flaws in the emergency plan may be detected in time and changes can be made to boost the drill's practicality.
Pay attention to fire safety, cherish life.
