QBCODE product after-sales service details
The after-sales service of this product is applicable to QBCODE products sold by the appointed distributors network of QBCODE(Zhuhai) Co., Ltd.
Warranty period
Since the date of manufacture of the equipment, QBCODE will provide a 24-month quality warranty service (excluding ink cores and filters) for machine failures caused by non-human reasons.
Warranty Exceptions
Except for the warranty exceptions that may be specified in the contract, the warranty does not apply to: (1) wearing parts or consumable parts, including but not limited to filters, filters, filter pads, conveyor belts, rollers, consumables, fiber optics Optical fiber;
(2) Equipment, parts or assemblies using consumables not manufactured or sold by Qingbai, including but not limited to ink systems;
(3) Because the buyer fails to provide electricity, gas or other materials in accordance with the specifications issued by QBCODE Damage caused by the operating environment;
(4) Damage caused by fire, flood, lightning or other natural disasters;
(5) Due to abuse, misuse, negligence, the buyer adds accessories or changes the equipment, uses non-QBCODE manufacturing or sales Damage caused by parts or consumables or failure to maintain in accordance with QBCODE's instruction manual; damage caused by repairs or service provided by non-Qingbai personnel or representatives not designated by Qingbai;
(6) Equipment that is resold, leased to, or owned by, a third party other than the buyer.
After sales
QBCODE provides 24-hour telephone response after-sales support, that is, to provide customers with after-sales problem solutions on the same day. On-site technical after-sales service support is provided on working days, and the service network covers most cities and regions in local. During the public holidays door-to-door after-sales service needs to be arranged earlier.
